Your schedules and preferences are stored using Supabase, a third-party cloud database service that hosts your data on secure servers. Data is transmitted using encrypted HTTPS connections and stored in encrypted form.
Push notification tokens are transmitted to Apple Push Notification service to deliver your reminders.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or trade your information to any third party.

These services may process limited technical data (such as IP addresses or device tokens) as part of delivering their services. We do not share any additional personal information with them beyond what is technically required to operate the App.
Your schedules and preferences are retained for as long as you continue to use the App. If you delete the App or stop using it, your anonymous data may remain on our servers for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Section 9).
DropReminder is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

The lawful basis for processing your data is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you provide by using the App.
Because the App does not require an account, the simplest way to delete your data is to clear schedules within the App and uninstall it. To request that any cloud-stored data tied to your device identifier be deleted from our servers, contact us at the email below with a description of your request. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days.
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS) and encrypted storage. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but will notify users in the event of a data breach affecting their information, as required by applicable law.
If you use the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where Supabase and our infrastructure are located. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through an in-App notice or update notes. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
